1. The client understands that the payment of a 45,00 $ deposit upon booking a session is required and that the payment must be finalised for each session upon attendance.
2. The client understands that a cancellation fee of 100,00 $ may be charged if the client fails to notify HypnoPete of cancellation at least 24 hours’ prior to the scheduled appointment time. This fee is used to cover administration costs incurred and loss of Client’s scheduled time. In exceptional circumstances where unforeseen events have transpired, then waiver of the cancellation fee will be at the sole discretion of HypnoPete.
3. The client is responsible for paying all invoices rendered by HypnoPete on account of costs and expenses on time relating to consultations, treatment, products or other services provided by practitioners of HypnoPete and that in the event a third-party payer (if any) does not settle my account in full, The client is solely responsible for settling his/ her account in full without delay.
4. The client understands, that additional costs and expenses may be incurred and charged as a result of overdue accounts beyond 30 days and debt collection.
5. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 6% p.a. calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid.
6. In the event where the overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, the client will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including commission on collection of the additional costs and also including legal demand costs.
7. The client understands that HypnoPete does not offer a guarantee that the treatment will have a specific outcome, as the success, or relief, or desired outcome of the treatment is largely dependent upon the Client’s commitment and receptiveness to the treatment. Further, the number of treatment sessions can have an affect on outcome as well. Each Client may have varying results and what works for one client may not work for another.
The client understands that prices are charged on a session by session basis and are not outcome based.
8. (FOR ZOOM/ REMOTE APPOINTMENTS ONLY) The client understands, that for ZOOM/ REMOTE appointment bookings, the full session fee (outstanding balance after deposit) needs to be processed latest 48 hours in advance of the agreed appointment date. The client understands that failure to do so will lead to automatic cancellation of the appointment, with general cancellation procedures from above applying.
